ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT(CEBU BRANCH)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • General Accounting/Book Keeping/Operating Cost Analysis
  • Billing and Collection of all Clients
  • Preparation of Payroll, Releasing Salary of Employees and Allowances, 13th month
  • Bank Deposits
  • Preparation, filing, processing, submission of  all BIR Documents and payments on schedule.EFPS and EPRS.
  • Preparation, processing, filing , submission and payment of SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig of all employees of the company.
  • Monitoring and renewal of Company Government Licenses and Permits(Mayor’s Permit, Barangay Clearance, BIR registration, SEC(Securities and Exchange Commission), Customs Clearance etc..
  • Payment of Cebu Branch Billings
  • Purchase of Office Supplies and inventory
  • Other duties that this position normally entails.
 
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Accounting Graduate or Related Course
  • Computer Literate

HUMAN RESOURCE AND ADMIN ASSISTANT

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. General over – all support for the HR and Admin Manager and Accounting Manager
2. Assisting to all office day to day operations(office budget, simple banking transactions,online payments,monitoring office logistics,bldg. admin coordination etc..)
3. Monitoring, encoding, updating and filing documents(201 files of all employees, reports, attendance etc.)
4. Assisting in end to end recruitment activities, hiring processes, resignation, termination of employees(test administration, scheduling, interviews, orientations, requirements, clearances, etc.)
5. Monitoring, replenishing and inventory of all office supplies.
6. Consolidating and submitting reports to the HRA Manager
7. Assisting in implementing the Company Handbook  &  Benefits/Allowances Program of the Company.(Issuing Memorandum,New Rules, Policies, Guidelines etc.) and Performance Evaluation of Employees.

8. Processing SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig Contribution and Loan of Employees

9. Perform other related  tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

  •  College Graduate - Any 4 year course
  • Accounting(Bookkeeping) experience is a very big advantage
  • 1 year experience as HR Admin Assistant / General Office Assistant
  • Can interpret examinations(Psychometrician) an advantage
  • •Computer literate(MS Word, Excel)
  • •Excellent in drafting Business Letters/Correspondence
  •  Excellent Leadership Skills

Job Responsibilities:
  • Aggressively sells medical equipments such as Xray, Ventilator and Anesthesia Machine in the Pulmonology Market

  • Participate and prepare documents for DOH and government biddings
  • Coordinate and follow up collections after sales
 
Job Requirements:
  • College Graduate - Any 4 year course
  • More than 2 years experience in Selling various Medical Equipments
  • Preferred - Experience in selling PB or Drager
  • Knowledgeable in participating and preparing documents for DOH and government biddings
  • Excellent Negotiation Skills (English and Filipino)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 
  • DOH/FDA Transactions - Prepares, submits, follow up, filing and monitors Company Product registrations, renewal of licenses and other documents.

RESPIRATORY THERAPIST (Alabang, Muntinlupa City)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 28 years old and below
  • Graduate of Respiratory Therapy Course with Professional License
  • 2 years working experience as Respiratory Therapist

Other Clinical Service Function Qualifications:

  • Will instruct patients with proper use of inhalers and pulmonary machines

FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER (Manila, Cebu, Davao, Cagayan De Oro)

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Will do fieldworks in provincial areas servicing client's medical equipments
  • Will do product demonstration (medical equipments)
  • Will receive, check and inspect medical equipments upon delivery
  • Will deliver and install medical equipments to clients
  • Will do service reports regularly
  • Will undergo local (more than 1 year) and overseas training
  • Will do other tasks designated by the President

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Male
  • 26 years old and below
